Rock & Roll Suite for All Star Video Class Bundle – March 2024

Rock & Roll Suite for All Star Video Class Bundle – March 2024

Rock & Roll Suite from the Stampin’ Up!® Jan-Apr 2024 Mini Catalogue is great for those teen cards or something different for a masculine card. Having said that, the suite also makes a great alternative to flowers for the special ladies in our life.

Hello and welcome to the March 2024 All Star Video Class Bundle Blog Hop.

Video Class Bundle

This hop introduces you to the Video Class Bundle featuring the Rock & Roll suite of products. Each month, 12 amazing designers prepare a video class featuring a different suite of products from the current Stampin’ Up! range, including a PDF with full supplies list and measurements in both Metric and Imperial. Scroll down for options for getting your hands on this bundle. My lovely customers purchasing in March get this class bundle for free as a thank you gift, as do my amazing team members.

Here is a little sneak peek of my class project for our video bundle this month. I have created a fun, feminine project for my class project.

The projects shown in our blog posts today are different to the video class projects (the class projects are exclusive and you won’t see them posted anywhere else).

Rock & Roll Suite …

This is the Rock & Roll suite of products … the bundle, paper and embellishments are a fun addition to your crafting stash.

Rock Star Bundle…

For my blog hop project today, I have created a three fold card with a window in the front, created with the large guitar pick shape in the die set. The bright colouring makes this one suitable for all ages, male or female.

The fabulously talented All Star Video Class Bundle designers are each showcasing an alternative project to show the versatility of the products. So including the class bundle projects, that is a total of 24 project ideas using this suite … amazing!!

Rock and Roll Suite

Here are some of the design points of this card:-

  • The Designer Series Paper used on the front of the card has been coloured with Berry Burst Stampin’ Blends, making those Rock & Roll Music Making images just jump off the page.
  • The cut out shape on the front panel of the card is the large Guitar Pick shape from the Rock Star Dies, and cuts through both the front panel of the card and the DSP.
  • The sentiment is stamped with Memento black ink on white card, die cut and the edges coloured with Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blend.
  • The Electric Guitar has been coloured with Stampin’ Blends in Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party, with a touch of Smoky Slate.
  • The Electric Guitar has been given a real lift with some Wink of Stella Glitter pen to add a metallic sheen, and also with the addition of some strings using Silver Twine from the Simply Elegant Trim. I unravelled a length and extracted one single piece of silver thread, pierced some holes in each end of the neck and used a needle to add the strings, affixing at the back with tape. To hide the end bits of the twine, I die cut another guitar in Berry Burst card and affixed it to the back of the coloured and stitched guitar.
  • The second panel on the inside of the card has more Rock and Roll Designer Series Paper which shows through the die cut panel in the front of the card. The adhesive stars (from the Adhesive Backed Lightning and Stars, party of this suite) are placed so they show on the front of the card through the die cut shape.
  • I coloured the microphone with Pool Party Stampin’ Blends, die cut and adhered to the inside flap (so it didn’t show through to the front of the card), and then added a fussy cut “thanks” and some adhesive backed lightning.
  • The second flap opens up to reveal a gift card holder and a panel to write on the card.

This was a fun card to create and I also created it in Azure Afternoon colours.

Here is a sneak peek of the 12 projects for the video class bundle this month. What a fun selection of amazing projects.
