Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack is the main focus of this set of 10 cards created for Around the World on Wednesday blog hop.

Welcome once again to Around the World on Wednesday Blog Hop, travelling around the world through every time zone.
This month, my blog post for this hop is a shambles. Angie threw down the challenge to create 10 cards in 30 minutes. WHAAAAT!!!! I knew right from the outset that I would fail miserably at this …. and I did.
I really did try, but 10 cards in 30 minutes is a bit of a stretch for my creative exercise. It took me quite a few hours to design the cards and cut all the pieces (somewhere around 4 hours … lol).
It’s a bit like a recipe which says “10 minutes cooking time”, but fails to mention the 2 hours required to chop and measure all the ingredients! 😉
So creating my cards had all my ingredients chopped and prepped and sitting in little bowls, waiting to be miraculously assembled.
I rose to the challenge and video’d the creation my 10 cards …. but alas …. I went way over time. Cue the failure buzzing noise!! Instead of 3 minutes a card, I took just over 5 minutes per card. Now if you have seen me create in my facebook lives, you know how miraculous that actually is!
Here are all the cards created in order ….

The real creatives will have done much better, so hop on around and take a look at how to really create 10 cards in 30 minutes!! 🙂

Absolutely loved your diversity of the cards using all of those amazing elements! Smart idea to use the Many Mates for sentiments. Thanks for the chuckles… believe me, I was feeling your speedy energy as I know all of us creative stampers were feeling the same way! LOL!!! And your cheats were ok! ;). Thanks so much for the lovely inspiration and for hopping with us! xx
Thanks for inspiring us to challenge ourselves Angie! It was fun! xx
Oh Cheryll! You are a complete marvel! LOVE, LOVE your cards. I couldn’t cope with the time limit either – I did it but only through dumb luck!
Thanks Jan …. loved your cards! xx
Beautiful set of cards. That is amazing to create these lovely cards in 30 min. TFS
Hey JoAnn, thank you! I didn’t really make it in the 30 minute time frame! It took me 50 minutes in the end, plus all the designing and cutting time. So let’s just say …. 10 cards in a long time! ;-). But for me, it is probably the quickest I have ever put together 10 cards!! xxx
Oh. 10 different cards!
I am considering stopping the retreat, really, I am so far from you … xX Bravo!
lol … I misunderstood the brief! I thought the challenge was to do 10 slightly different cards … so I don’t feel quite so bad about not making it in 30 minutes now Aurélie!! 😉 xxx
