Welcome to the All Star Tutorial Bundle Design Team Blog Hop for March. You may have come here from the blog of the amazing Angela Meiritz-Reid, or you may be starting the hop here with me, Cheryll Miller. I still cannot believe that I get to create a tutorial for the All Star Tutorial Bundle AND get to hop with such amazing Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators from around the world each month.
This month we have a guest designer, Emma Goddard from the Coastal Crafter in the United Kingdom, so we have 13 tutorials in the bundle for March, which features products from the Occasions Catalogue.
I can’t show you my project as each of these tutorials is exclusive and won’t be seen anywhere else, however I can show you a sneak peak of my project created with the Waterfront stamp set.
For the hop today, I am using the same stamp set I used in my tutorial project, the fabulous Waterfront stamp set, but this is a totally different card, in fact it is so totally different you might not even realised I had used the same stamp set.
I have always loved building scenes with stamps and so the Waterfront stamp set immediately appealed to me when I saw it in the Occasions Catalogue (it is on page 48 if you missed it). I often use photographs as a reference when I am building scenes with any stamps to help me get the correct perspective .
I have used the perennial favourite, Lovely as a Tree Stamp Set, to create the foreground images in this scene. The ink colours used are Daffodil Delight, Soft Sky, Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake, Basic Gray and Basic Black. The card layers are Crushed Curry, Basic Black and Whisper White.
My VIP Facebook Group saw me create this scene live on my weekly Facebook Live creative project. To have access to live project tutorials, weekly challenges, a great social atmosphere and get catalogues as they become available, simply make a purchase from me for up to 6 months access. I would love to see you there.

Breathtakingly beautiful, Cheryl! I had wondered myself about doing the same thing! Creative minds thinking alike. 😉
My husband very logically tells me “they aren’t the same sort of tree you know”. Husbands have no imagination sometimes! 😉 Thanks so much Angie. x
