Framed Florets Bundle …

I have used the Framed Florets bundle out of the collection to create this card, combined with the Hive 3D embossing folder. The cardstock used is all Basic White and Basic Gray … all the colouring is added with ink and Stampin’ Blends.
The floral images are beautifully detailed and the fine lines give a lovely, elegant feel. The dies cut out the images perfectly, following the edges of the image with such precision. There are some detailed foliage dies in the die set, along with those amazing frames.

For the sentiment, I stamped once in Basic Gray on White cardstock and die cut with a banner shape from the Stylish Shapes Dies (which cut off part of the script words). I then stamped and white embossed the same sentiment onto Basic Gray cardstock and fussy cut the script part of the sentiment adhering in place over the top of the partial sentiment on the banner shape. Tucked in behind is another stitched banner shape die cut from a piece of the Layering Designs Vellum.
The embellishments are the Fine Sparkle Adhesive Backed Gems (Pacific Point) … so pretty.
Alternate colourway …

For this version, I used a softer blue combination. Balmy Blue and Orchid Oasis Stampin’ Blends make a lovely blend, along with the Granny Apple Green leaves. To accentuate the very detailed frame in this card, I added a very pale touch of Orchid Oasis ink, lightly applied with an ink blending brush.
The adhesive embellishments are Irridescent Pearls, coloured up with the Dark Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blend.

If you would like to re-create this card, download the PDF with supplies and cutting measurements in Metric or Imperial, and then watch the video here.
Fitting Florets in monochromatic …

For this version, I used Pale Papaya Stampin Blends and ink, along with Gray Granite for the foliage. So elegant! And you’ve gotta love those Polished Dots … these are the Pale Papaya coloured dots.

You are going to get such a plethora of inspiration from this blog hop, grab a cuppa as you wander through the various blogs and be amazed at the versatility of this new collection from Stampin’ Up!
And I haven’t used the Designer Series Paper or the Swirl Adhesive Embellishments! Wait until you see those.

I love them both, but REALLY love the pale papaya and gray granite.
Thanks so much Kelly! xx
