Follow Your Dreams Stamp Set and Chase Your Dreams Thinlits Dies
Hello and welcome to the December Tutorial Bundle Design Team blog hop!
We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who prepare 12 tutorials each month and collate them into one fabulous tutorial bundle. Here is a little Sneak Peek of this month’s tutorials.
This month the bundle contains tutorials for:-
– super cute Gift Packaging projects.
– a menu card for holiday entertaining.
– a votive display project.
– fabulous card projects.
– step by step instructions with loads of pics.
The Tutorial Bundles are based on currently available supplies from Stampin’ Up! and have both metric and imperial (inches) measurements. So no matter where you live in the world, you can purchase the tutorial and will be able to create the projects.
All currencies accepted. Paypal will do the conversion for you.
We are kicking off the release of the December Tutorial Bundle with a blog hop to showcase each of the designers. Be sure to visit everyone’s blog for a little taste of the quality and variety in this tutorial bundle.
My project for the blog hop today uses the same products as my project in the tutorial bundle, however it is a totally different project. The tag I have created for the tutorial is more technique based, again using the Follow Your Dreams bundle. Remember my project here today is not the project in the tutorial. The projects in the Tutorial Bundle are exclusive and you won’t see them anywhere else.
Follow Your Dreams Bundle
This gorgeous whimsical bundle featuring the Dream Catcher stamps and Thinlits Dies is one of my favourites from the Annual Catalogue.
Here is a sneak peek of my project in the tutorial bundle.
My tutorial project is created in soft, muted colours, with a bright pop of Coastal Cabana as a feature. Whereas my card project for the blog hop today has a totally different feel. Using tangy citrus colours and the zesty 2018-2020 In Colour Stampin’ Embossing Powders, this card is bright and simple to create. It is great to see how you can get two totally different looks with the same stamp set.
The dreamcatcher is stamped with Versamark onto Whisper White card stock and heat embossed with Pineapple Punch, Grapefruit Grove and Lovely Lipstick, before being die cut with the co-ordinating Dreamcatcher die.
The tag is created with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, and sponged with both Pineapple Punch and Lemon Lime Twist inks, just around the edges. The bottom corners are rounded with the Detailed Trio Punch.
The word “wish” is heat embossed with Lovely Lipstick embossing powder to the bottom portion of the tag. The word BIG is heat embossed with the Grapefruit Grove embossing powder onto a scrap of Whisper White card and trimmed out.
The Whisper White Thick Folded card front is stamped with the parquetry image from Gallery Grunge, repeat stamped across the card front multiple times, reversing the image each time for interest.
A bow tied onto the tag with Calypso Coral Ombre Ribbon co-ordinates wonderfully.
The projects in the December tutorial bundle are fantastic and you don’t want to miss this one.
