Winter Woods Bundle
Hello and welcome to the September Tutorial Bundle Design Team blog hop!
We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who prepare 12 tutorials each month and collate them into one fabulous tutorial bundle. Here is a little Sneak Peek of this month’s tutorials.
This month the bundle contains tutorials for:-
– no less than five gift bag and box projects
– a wonderful surprise box
– a fun fold card
– Christmas and regular card projects.
– step by step instructions with loads of pics.
The Tutorial Bundles are based on currently available supplies from Stampin’ Up! and have both metric and imperial (inches) measurements. So no matter where you live in the world, you can purchase the tutorial and will be able to create the projects.

We are kicking off the release of the SeptemberTutorial Bundle with a blog hop to showcase each of the designers. Be sure to visit everyone’s blog for a little taste of the quality and variety in this tutorial bundle.
My project today uses the same products as the one in my tutorial, however it is very different. It is good to have many different ways to use one set of products! Remember this is not the project in the tutorial. The projects in the Tutorial Bundle are exclusive and you won’t see them anywhere else.
Winter Woods Bundle
The beautiful Winter Woods stamp set and die bundle is new in the Holiday Catalogue and one I was immediately attracted to. Stamp set and dies are bundled together at a 10% discounted price. I love that it can be used for Christmas creations, but is definitely not limited to the holiday season. The tree images are amazing and can be used all year round. Here is a little sneak peek of my project for the tutorial bundle. It is an elegant, shimmery card, suitable for many occasions and featuring the Winter Woods stamp set.
My project for the blog hop today has a totally different feel. It is a little quirky, and uses the dies more so than the stamps.
The curved background layers are created with the curved die from the In the Woods Framelits, and the trees are the amazing little bare tree dies from the same set. I did stamp the trees onto the Petal Pink layer with Flirty Flamingo Ink (second generation).
The Happy is from the Merry Christmas Thinlits Dies … I love that this die from a predominantly Christmas set can be used all year round. To create the ombre effect in the Happy and the focal tree, I coloured an ombre background onto shimmery white card with Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends and then die cut both from that.
I created this card in a facebook live in my Stampin’ Up! Group if you would like to check it out.
The projects in the September tutorial bundle are fantastic and if you are into gift boxes and baskets, then this is one you won’t want to miss.

What a beautiful card. So different and the colors are so delightful. I wish it was my birthday to receive this card. You have a great eye for color pink was always my Mama’s favorite color and in fact we are celebrating our 45th anniversary in October and I have picked pinks as our colors. Thank you for sharing.
