Stamping Sunday Blog Hop – Holiday Table with Poinsettia Petals
![]()
Poinsettia Petals used for a festive table setting.

Welcome to my blog on this second
My table setting could really be for any special occasion, the Poinsettia is a very adaptable bloom.

Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set and Poinsettia Dies
My name card is a Pyramid Card, and it looks like Sara is coming to dinner sometime soon! 🙂 Sara, please accept this official invitation to a celebration at our place soon! Well as soon as we can travel! 😉

The name card is a Pyramid card … lots of instructions on the web, just search for “Pyramid Card”. The Poinsettia Petals stamp set is a two (and even three) step stamp set. So stamping up multiples is super quick and easy. The outline is in Early Espresso, the slight touch of colour on the petals is crumb cake, and then the flower centre is Bumblebee … all done with stamps.
Then of course, the dies make it even more easy to cut out the flowers, the leaves, the berries and of course, the gold sprigs.

And you have three surfaces to decorate and the card also folds flat with a space on the inside for a sentiment.
Mini Paper Pumpkin Boxes

The Mini Paper Pumpkin box is decorated up in a similar fashion and make a lovely gift holder to set at each place. You will have to come to dinner to find out what is inside Sara! 🙂
The Stamping Sunday Design Team…
I am really looking forward to seeing what the other designers are doing with their festive table settings. Here is the full list of hop participants … visit them all and be inspired.

Cheryll, the pyramid cards are such a fun idea for place cards! Love that! The color combo you used is absolutely stunning, too. The gold ribbon just ties everything together beautifully. So much WOW!
Thanks so much Anne Marie! xxx
Gorgeous projects! I like the yellow DSP on the box top – great choice.
Thanks so much Jan, and thanks for popping in! 🙂 xxx
Incredibly gorgeous projects Cheryll!!! I’m going to be CASEing that name card; what a great idea. Love the colors especially with that gorgeous blue table and stunning centerpiece. Hope you made a name card for me too! ❤❤❤
Thanks Tami! Of course you are invited!:) I love that look when you have a whole table of matching table settings, but I love even more when every seat at the table is filled with family and friends! And hoping that we can all do that again in 2021. xxx
Cheryll, I love the pyramid card as a place card. What a fun idea! And, I would not have thought of Bumblebee for Christmas. But, it’s such a lovely addition to a neutral color palette! These projects will be beautiful on a holiday table.
Thanks Sara! xx
Absolutely beautiful Cheryll 🦋
Thanks so much Jodie! xxx
