This or That challenge …
This month we are challenged to create a “this” or “that” set of projects, featuring Gratitude. We are also using the fabulous work of Sharon Hashimoto Burkert as inspirations for our projects.
In celebration of our 5th year, we are continuing with a series of “team member focus” blog hops where we will be CAS(e)ing an individual team member for that blog hop. Our team member focus this month is the amazing Sharon Hashimoto Burkert from USA. Sharon’s work is bright and clean and there is so many fabulous projects to case on Sharon’s blog and instagram page.
Botanical Textures Designer Series Paper …
The above card from Sharon really caught my eye as I scrolled through her Instagram feed. I love how bright it is and colouring up Designer Series Paper is such a great technique. So I went in search of a Designer Series Paper I could colour up. I found Botanical Textures, one of my favourites because you can add colour to it.
I chose to colour up one piece with Stampin’ Blends and the other with inks and an Ink Blending brush. Which is your favourite?
I have basically followed Sharon’s layout exactly, just changing up the colours, the paper and the sentiment.
This is the Around the World on Wednesday design team! I am very excited to see everyone’s projects this month and check out all the this and that’s around the world … better grab a cuppa as it sounds like there are decisions to make. 🙂
