Sunrise Sailing – Vacation Vibes for Stamping Sunday
Sunrise Sailing Bundle is a much used and favourite Stamp Set and Hybrid Embossing Folder/Die bundle. The sail boat die fits in the Hybrid Embossing Folder, and cuts it as well as adding texture. So cool.
This month the Stamping Sunday team are creating with a Vacation Vibe. My idea of a holiday is either camping in the bush, away from internet and emails … but I didn’t have any camping related stamps at the moment, so I pulled out Sunrise Sailing because heading away on a sail boat is sort of like camping on the ocean … right?? Hahaha!

Glass & Gardens Embossing Folders …
If you follow me, you may have noticed I love my ink blending. And that is the focus of this card. I used Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo and Balmy Blue for a pretty summery feel. I have used the dies mainly, and even though I love the large sail boat used with the Hybrid Embossing folder, for this card I used one of the die cut sail boats. I embossed the sails with the Glass embossing folder (Glass & Gardens Mini Embossing Folder Set), and gave them a little ink blend too.
Floral & Gingham Vellum …
My ocean waves are die cut from the Gingham Vellum (Floral & Gingham Vellum pack) … it gives the piece a light and fun twist. Who ever thought of gingham waves?
And for the inside, I just added a scaled down version of the front of the card. Sometimes I like the insides even more than the front of the card!
