Here is a sneak peek of my tutorial project this month. It features an interesting layer created a long curved die from the Into the Woods dies, and the Parisian Flourish 3D embossing folder.
And here is my blog hop project …. while my blog hop project features products from the Dressed to Impress bundle of stamp set and die, it really showcases one of the amazing patterns in the 6″ x 6″ Best Dressed Designer Series paper. If you love this Designer Series Paper, grab it quick while you still can, as it will retire at the end of the month, or if they sell out before that. My project featured on this blog hop is very different to my tutorial project.
This is such a simple card to create. If you don’t want to go to the trouble of fussy cutting all the purple flowers (use a second 6″ x 6 sheet for this)then you could just use the sheet of Designer Series Paper as a background, add the matt layer, affix the ribbon and twine and adhere your greeting somewhere on the card and “hey Presto” (who is Presto?), you have a very quick card to make, with a big wow factor.
To give the purple flowers a little extra oomph (they are Purple Posy in colour normally), I have sponged around the edges with Highland Heather.
It is just so pretty!!
